-Respect: No discrimination based on gender, caste, religion, or disability.

-Professionalism: No aggressive behavior or verbal abuse.

-Dress Code: Neat, work-appropriate attire (if visiting offices/factories).

C. Use of Company Resources

-IT Systems: No illegal downloads, hacking, or personal misuse.

-Social Media: Avoid sharing confidential info or defamatory posts.

-Expenses: Reimbursements require valid receipts.

D. Health & Safety

-Work Environment: Follow safety protocols in factories/offices.

-Substance Abuse: No alcohol/drugs during work hours.

E. Environmental Responsibility

-Waste Management: Recycle paper, plastic, and e-waste.

-Energy Conservation: Turn off unused lights/machines.

Violations & Consequences

-Minor Breach: Written warning + training.

-Major Breach: Suspension/termination + legal action if needed.

Employee Acknowledgment

All employees must sign an agreement confirming they have read and will adhere to these policies.
